How Professionals Clean Ice Machines
As an Orlando expert technician, I come across lots of dirty ice machines. That may not sound like such a big deal, but dirty equipment does not perform well. So it is important that you have your ice machine regularly cleaned by a professional. If you choose to clean your own, make sure you obtain the manufacturer’s professional solution. There are different cleaning products for different makes and models of ice machines. In the video below, I was cleaning a Hoshizaki ice machine. This video only includes a couple of minutes from the one to two hour job. If you would like to read more about how to clean a Hoshizaki machine, you might want to start by reading the instructional manual.
